This is my 2-year delayed commission of her OC, Ocean, and I figured since I shoved it off until like...now...then I might as well put it up on a meaningful day right? Actually it was more like I procrastinated on the background for months before finally getting around to it tonight

College has been smacking me in the face repeatedly from overwork. I had NO idea college was actually this busy! I mean, it's awesome and all, but I spend almost every waking moment just thinking about studying, and when to work on assignments due in 2 weeks. ._.

But I couldn't miss your birthday, Nikki! I have so much to be apologetic for, so this is just a small little something to hopefully make up for a small part of that, hehe.

Sorry this took so long! I hope I made it awesome enough for the wait...at least I definitely was a ton better than I was 2 years ago. Hehe.
